This hopper was brought back to life!

With the existing coating still in good condition, the focus was on preparing and recoating the repaired areas, then tying everything back into the existing system for a clean and consistent finish.

A solid result from the team, restoring protection where it was needed and getting the hopper ready to head back into service. 💪😌

Recent screen refurbishment completed in the workshop.

The screen came in showing the usual signs of service wear and was brought back through a full coating refurbishment. New rails were fitted and the polyurea was touched up through those areas to reinstate the wear protection, before the complete unit was finished with a fresh paint system.

A solid refresh that’s brought the screen back up to standard and ready to return to service.

Small Derrick screen completed at the BSC workshop.

The screen was fully prepared, polyurea applied to the required wear areas, then finished with a fresh protective coating system throughout.

Careful masking kept all critical mating faces, bolt holes and contact areas clean and ready for reassembly.

A tidy turnaround that’s given the unit a fresh lease on life and the protection it needs before heading back into service. 💪

Fully refurbished and set up as a dedicated mobile wash down unit, giving the team a reliable, self contained asset for site works and surface preparation.

Giving these fibreglass filters a new lease on life.

Ongoing UV exposure had started to break down the fibreglass surface, so we sealed and protected the vessels with a full polyurea coating system along with a UV stable top coat.

The polyurea provides a tough, seamless protective layer over the existing fibreglass, helping stop further deterioration and extend the service life of the filters.

A simple refurbishment that saves replacing otherwise serviceable equipment.

Ongoing full refurbishment of a gravity tower in the Goldfields.

The scope includes surface preparation, coating repairs and reinstatement of the protective coating system across the structure to bring the asset back up to standard.

Relined with polyurea, fl**ge recoated and the high wear zone upgraded with ceramic protective tiling.

A combination built to handle abrasion, impact and ongoing process wear, extending service life and keeping the asset performing where it matters most.
