Hi everyone! 👋
I’m Tom, the owner of High Calibre Plumbing, based in Kurrajong.

I recently completed training in the service, maintenance, and operation of AWTS (Aerated Wastewater Treatment Systems) — also known as Envirocycle systems.

As a plumber and a dad of three young boys, I became concerned about the potential health risks of wastewater being discharged into my own yard. After completing the course, I discovered that my own system wasn’t being serviced correctly, leaving my family exposed to inadequately treated wastewater.

What really surprised me was that this wasn’t an isolated issue — several other systems I’ve since taken over were also not being maintained to the proper standard.

This post isn’t just about business — it’s also about raising awareness. If your AWTS or Envirocycle system isn’t properly maintained, it can pose serious health risks to you, your family, and your environment.
