Baldwin Contracting Services is an agricultural contracting service with a key focus on efficient and reliable harvest contracting. Baldwin Contracting Services is a family run enterprise, operated by husband and wife team Ashley and Nadene Baldwin. The Company has been running for over four years and services the agricultural region of Western Australia. Equipment includes 3 x CR8090 New Holland

headers, one tractor (T9040), 25 Tonne Chaser-Bin, 100 Tonne Mother Bin, 1 x Service Truck and various support vehicles. Owner/ operator Ashley Baldwin has over 15 years’ experience of broad acre farming in the Jerramungup farming district and surrounds. Ashley has extensive experience in operation and maintenance of numerous broad acre farming equipment including headers, air-seeders, spraying equipment, loaders, tractors, and trucks. He has also had over 5 years’ experience in operation of heavy mining equipment including shovels, loaders, dozers, haul trucks, graders and low loader. Currently a client of Hassad Australia, Baldwin Contracting Services has worked over the past three years on their operations in Bindi Bindi, Esperance and Jerramungup. OPERATORS - 2019 SEEDING SEASON

Baldwin Contracting Services is a local and family operated agricultural contracting company based in the South Coast region of WA.

The Company is looking for operator/s for the coming seeding period.

Person/s need to be available from end March until the end of seeding program (end of May).

Applicant must have experience in operating large farming machinery (Tractors and Air-seeders). Experience with Sprayers is also desirable.

Candidates must have a WA drivers licence and willing to reside at locations in which the team is working. A truck licence would also be favourable.

Salary to be negotiated but minimum 25/ hour depending on experience. Accommodation and meals supplied. Long hours (12 hour shifts) guaranteed.

This work will satisfy Australian second year visa work requirements.

CHASER BIN OPERATOR - IMMEDIATE START

Baldwin Contracting Services is a local agricultural contracting company based in the South Coast region of WA (near Jerramungup).

The Company is looking for a chaser bin operator for the coming harvest period.

Person is needed to start immediately until the end of harvest (end December).

Must have a WA drivers licence and willing to reside at locations in which the team is working. Previous chaser bin experience essential.

Salary to be negotiated but approximately between $20-$25/ hour depending on experience. Accommodation and meals supplied.

This work will satisfy Australian second year visa work requirements.
