Industrial property developed by NE Sheds. The American Barn is built with the Kimberley heat in mind. The inside is clad using insulated panels (colour dune walls and white ceiling). Foam-Cell insulation has been added to further reduce heat radiation. This 100sqm barn was a fast and cost effective build..!!

The 390sqm industrial shed has insulated roof, wheelchair access bathroom and a 50sqm office built using white insulated panels for walls and roof.

NE Sheds Scott Harvey is a fully registered builder BC102076 BP102181 licensed plumber PL1063 and gas fitter GF3792. He can take your build to any stage from submittting plans to council to final council inspection. The only thing you have to worry about is what type of structure you want..!!
Owner Builder..?
To become an owner builder you are now required to complete an Online Assessment, obtain a White Card and complete an Application to become an Owner Builder. Other than that, Fair Dinkum Sheds sheds are simple to erect for an experienced handyman or woman. But if along the way you need assistance NE Sheds are only a call away and fair dinkum happy to help, after all they want you to be fair dinkum happy with your shed.!!
