Project Update | Baringa Industrial Development

We’re getting close to completing this design and construct project in Baringa, with practical completion expected in mid-September 2026.

Current works include the internal mezzanine office fit-out, followed by external painting, installation of the aluminium feature façade, landscaping and final line marking.

Our client came to us with a clear vision for their new facility. From there, we managed the entire process, coordinating the design team, obtaining all development and building approvals, and delivering the construction from start to finish.

Our design and construct approach takes the complexity out of commercial projects by managing every stage under one roof. It provides our clients with a single point of contact and a smoother, more efficient process from the initial concept through to completion.

We’re looking forward to sharing the finished project in the coming weeks.

If you’re planning a commercial or industrial development and want a team that can manage both the design and construction, get in touch with Karloo Constructions. We’d be happy to help bring your project to life.
