COMPLETED & ON THE MARKET!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Van Zetten Constructions to deliver three truly magnificent, individual and unique designs at 160 Esplanade, Port Noarlunga, South Australia.

Dwelling 1 has just hit the market, and I'm sure these will attract a lot of interest!

Open inspections this weekend.

Had a visit to this Streaky Bay dwelling over the Australia Day weekend.

Still one of my favourite design jobs from 25 years in the business.

I just love rustic designs, using natural stone & reclaimed hardwood timbers.

She still looks gorgeous after over a decade of coastal weathering.

Some progress pics of 3 row dwellings I did that are close to completion at Port Noarlunga.

It was a huge effort, with some very clever design work required to acquire planning approval on these one's to comply with the very restrictive planning regulations.

I believe they are the only dwellings along the esplanade with a third level deck. The 360 degree views are just simply worth every ounce of effort and time spent on what was a monumental task!

Stage 2 of the transformation of this transportable dwelling at Streaky Bay nearing completion.

Stage 1 was the alfresco verandah addition a couple of years ago with concaved side roofs to match the existing wrap-around verandahs.

Stage 2 consists of:- removal of the kitchen and roof over, extend the building to the rear with new wrap around concaved verandahs to tie into existing, construct a new raised cathedral roof over the new kitchen & meals area with hi-lite triangular windows to the gables, construct new butlers pantry behind the old ensuite, and reconfigure the master suite to provide a larger bedroom, walk in robe and modern ensuite.

We are rather proud of this transformation of an existing 80's single-storey modest residence into what it is today.
