A damp wall and a rising water bill. That's all the warning this strata property had. 😳
Our team was called in to investigate and the only way to find the source was to remove the tiles and open up the wall. What we found was severely corroded pipework that had been silently leaking behind the bathroom wall for years — completely invisible from the surface.
