Big spring roses aren't luck. They're set up at the end of winter. 🦊

Right now is the window to prune, before the fresh growth pushes.

Take off about half to two-thirds of last season's stems to open the plant up and drive strong, healthy shoots.

πŸ’‘ One catch: in the coldest, frost-prone gardens, wait until is fully done. Cut too soon, and a late frost can burn the tender new growth.

Getting the whole ready for spring?
Your local team can handle the tidy-up.

Here's a lawn habit worth rethinking: raking off every last trimming after you mow. 🦊

Those clippings aren't rubbish. As they break down over a few days, they release nitrogen, potassium, and trace minerals straight back into the soil.

Keep it up through the season, and the grows more self-reliant, which means less shop-bought feed and less spending.

If you'd like a hand keeping it healthy year-round, is local and ready.

Frost makes for a pretty morning and a surprisingly fragile . 🦊

As the dew freezes overnight, each blade stiffens and turns brittle. The frost itself is mostly cosmetic, but footsteps or an early mow can break the frozen grass, leaving marks that linger for weeks. Warm-season lawns like buffalo and couch feel it most.

Let the sun melt it off first, then head out. πŸ™Œ

New customers can get ahead of it: book your first three monthly services, and after the third, we treat the lawn for those weeds, up to $200 in value. Bigger yard? We'll spot-spray or sort a rate.

Longer grass blades protect your lawn from the cold and keep photosynthesis going when sunlight is already limited. Cut too short, and you've exposed the roots, stressed a plant that's already conserving energy, and made spring recovery a much harder job.

The lawn that looks rough in September is often the one that got scalped in July.

Your local knows exactly how to keep your lawn at the right height through every season. 🦊
