We are seeking a reliable Construction Labourer to join our team.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting skilled tradespeople with a range of construction tasks, including site preparation, equipment handling, Demolition and general labouring duties
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Following all safety protocols & procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

What we're looking for

- Good physical fitness & the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to working within a team
- A valid driver's licence & reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethics and a willingness to learn & develop new skills

Hi!👋From the little family behind MLP Carpentry, Kangaroo Island😊 Here's a little about us.

Mark and Lucinda first moved to Kangaroo Island in 2009. Mark was involved with the farming and grain industry and if your local, you may recall him working as Operations Manager for Kangaroo Island Pure Grain. Mark played a key role in building their business locally and in Port Adelaide for the grain cleaning and export facility project.
Since then, Mark has furthered his skills and experience. During his time living in New Zealand, he became a qualified and licensed carpenter working on a range of projects including new builds, architecturally designed homes, Renovations.
Its been great settling back on Kangaroo island in 2022 with our 3 daughters and working on our little cottage project
In January 2023 MLP Carpentry was created and has since been servicing Kangaroo Island for All Carpentry, Renovations, Sheds, 1st & Second Fix, Pergolas, Decks, Home maintenance and more!
