🧱RMC Build was born in 2018 and has experienced exponential growth in the last five years. As a team RMC are focussed on giving our community accessible, local and a high-quality build. The satisfaction in a completing a new build from start to finish is unmatched and RMC can help you do this from start to finish.

🧱RMC started out with just Robby and his first-year apprentice to a team of professionals including carpenters, labourers, wife Maddie as RMC Creative Designer, and the admin team. All these people work together and provide craftsmanship of the highest quality. Like many small businesses, the journey for RMC has been challenging yet rewarding. RMC is built on the values of honesty, integrity, and hard work and its these values that have helped them build long lasting relationships with their clients. RMC Build proudly employs ten local staff.

🧱RMC tell me their most exciting project was a three-story build in Pearl Street they finished last year. It has an elevator and was a fun project with lots of curves and different finishes. The future is looking bright for RMC Build with the incredible local projects coming up. Watch this space!

🧱The Miles family are Dragons supporters so weekends you’ll find them either camping with their family or wrapped up in the red & white gear cheering on their dragons!

🧱Robby has grown up locally playing footy, and watching his dad play as a young boy and now wants to be right there for his son Julian, who is now a proud U6 Hornet! Fun fact – Robby has ADHD and can’t stand around and watch from the sidelines, so that coaching gig for the U6’s was calling his name!

Robby Miles Custom Build Pty Ltd is a growing local Building Company seeking an experienced Office Manager/ Administer with a can-do attitude. This position is an exciting opportunity to join a great team. Based in Chinderah/Kingscliff. Permanent Part-Time, 4-5 days per week, would suit 'working parent' based around school hours. Building and Construction experience would be preferred but not essential.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):
· Providing effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
· Liaise with industry professionals, sub-contractors, trades and clients.
· Maintain customer systems and database (Goggle Suite, QuickBooks/Xero)
· Job management and coordination of day-to-day work progress, along with scheduling works to meet budget requirements.
· Manage and rearrange the work schedule at short notice.
· Manage deposit, progress and final invoicing for residential and commercial clients.
· Weekly Payroll, invoicing and accounts receivable, following up overdue payment of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, processing and payment of invoices, preparation of monthly reports.
Requirements:
· Proven experience working as an Office Manager or similar role, ideally in the Building and Construction industry, but not essential.
· Excellent written and verbal communication, listening skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with all clients, and colleagues.
· Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to be proactive, multi-task and effectively prioritise.
· Ability to evolve and respond rapidly to changing day-to-day tasks common in the fast-paced Construction and Insurance industries.
· High level of attention to detail, problem solving and ability to think outside the box to find effective solutions.
· A genuine desire to deliver high quality work and exceed expectations.
· Warm and friendly approach, bringing a calming influence to a fast-paced office.
· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Proficient in Google Suites and or/Microsoft Office.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
