The Kingy Studio | We built this self-contained retreat as a flexible extension of the home—designed to welcome guests in two ways. With a private entrance, it can be completely closed off for Airbnb stays, or seamlessly opened to the main house for visiting family and friends.

What a beautiful shot of the bathroom for the Dairy Shed conversion we did for .dairy.nashua Can you believe this space was converted from a 100 year old dairy shed that was hanging on its very last legs. This timber wall feature was painted a crusty yellow and we sanded it back to its natural state. This was a dream project for our team, and our clients had the perfect vision for it - working with original timbers and transforming the house into something soulful and character filled.

Our latest project - The Goal vs The Before. A full home reno, lifting a 1920s beach house, building out a 4 car garage and granny flat underneath, adding a pool and 2 bedroom extension out the back. Renovating the whole inside while keeping some beautiful character features like the 100 year old floors and adding in an old bridge girder as a ceiling beam. Can’t wait to share more as this project comes to life
