A major milestone achieved at Stage 2 of the Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct.
In partnership with our valued client Lendlease, BKH Group is proud to be delivering the Formwork and Scaffold package, showcasing a range of innovative solutions across the project, including Kwikstage Scaffold for perimeter edge protection, PERI UP Rosett for high-strut shoring, the Ischebeck Table System for slab formwork, and our Jumpform and Crane-Lifted Core Box systems.
The successful installation of the Jumpform grillage marks another significant step forward in the project's construction progress.
In the background, works are accelerating on one half of the structure, where PERI UP Rosett is being utilised as live edge protection, helping drive productivity while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Great work by the entire project team in reaching this important milestone.

Another year, another unforgettable night for an important cause.

BKH Group was proud and honoured to support Foundation House through our recent charity dinner, joining members of our industry for an evening centred around connection, generosity and support.

The evening provided an opportunity to raise awareness and funds for those in the construction industry impacted by addiction, while recognising the importance of connection, support and community across our industry.

BKH Group is proud to have played a key role in delivering the second stage of Cbus Property’s prestigious Newmarket Randwick precinct in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Spanning 38 boutique terraces and a seven-storey apartment building, BKH Group delivered the full formwork, concrete, scaffolding and concrete supply package—showcasing our end-to-end structural capability. This milestone project reflects our strength in delivering complex, large-scale structural solutions with precision, safety and outstanding quality for our valued clients.

Things are moving quickly at Helix Hub Liverpool, being delivered by . The last concrete pour of the podium slabs is complete, and this allows the superstructures of both buildings to commence in full. This also allows us to remove our formwork systems from underneath, enabling other trades to commence in the basement levels.

The project is also emerging in the skyline with our two jumpform systems progressing the construction of both cores safely, precisely, and efficiently.

Over the next few weeks, we will see the construction of the slabs advancing upward and the installation of our perimeter climbing screen system to both buildings. This system provides safe encapsulation of the structure. We will also be introducing a self-climbing hoist system to allow efficient vertical movement of our formwork.

The New Toowoomba Hospital project with our valued client, John Holland Group, in partnership with Queensland Health, continues to progress. is progressing very well and achieving strong milestones on programme.

BKH Group’s integrated capability across its specialised divisions is on full display, delivering our table system, perimeter screen edge protection and internal formwork hoists required to support a project of this scale.
These systems are currently forming suspended slabs as works continue across the structure. up to Level 3, with works advancing efficiently,

The internal formwork hoists, supplied in collaboration with BKH Systems, have been fully established, allowing BKH Group to safely and efficiently recycle tables between floors.

A huge thank you to our team on the ground for their continued hard work and commitment in delivering this world-class healthcare facility, which will provide expanded services for the growing Toowoomba region.

Our scope includes early works already underway, along with complex construction within a live retail environment—demonstrating our capability to deliver safely and efficiently in high-profile, operational spaces. The redevelopment will bring exciting transformative changes to 60 Margaret Street. The MetCentre podium redevelopment will deliver a vibrant mix of premium retail, upgraded office spaces, and modern building facilities—creating an elevated, everyday precinct in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Works are progressing well at Leeds Street, Rhodes for our valued client Billbergia, with great momentum building on site. It’s exciting to see this project continue to take shape as the team pushes forward through key stages of delivery.

BKH’s package for the Airport Business Park included the formwork, reinforcement, concrete and scaffold for the station and auxiliary buildings. This involved over 30,000m² of formwork, more than 14,000m³ of concrete, over 4,000 tonnes of reinforcement, and 700 tonnes of Peri UP Rosett shoring.

The main station, built in three portions, is now complete with final touches underway. This marks a major milestone. Auxiliary buildings are also nearing completion, with upcoming works including the installation of precast bridge girders to connect the station to carparks and the existing bridge over the new M12 motorway.

Another milestone at Atlassian Central, co-owned by and .
BKH Group has successfully completed the removal of the jumpform system, marking the completion of the building’s 163m-high core — a defining feature of Sydney’s skyline throughout construction. The jumpform was used from start to finish, accommodating complex geometry changes within the core and enabling the installation of large cast-in elements to support the steel structure. A challenging build delivered with precision, safety, and efficiency by our expert jumpform team.
