A Major Milestone at Eastview – Elle on Jefferson!
We’re excited to share a significant milestone on our new Eastview – Elle on Jefferson project, with our BKH Systems Jumpform now fully established and progressing through to Level 2 across the lift and stair shaft walls.
A special thank you to our incredible team on the ground, whose planning, coordination and commitment allowed the Jumpform to be constructed safely, efficiently and on target. It’s a great reflection of the teamwork and attention to detail that goes into delivering a project of this scale.
With another milestone achieved, we’re looking forward to seeing the project continue to take shape as we move higher.

Excellent progress at New Toowoomba Hospital project with John Holland Group, in partnership with Queensland Health.
BKH Group QLD continues to make strong progress on the New Toowoomba Hospital project, with several key milestones being achieved across the structure.
Both lift cores are approaching completion using Strategic jump form systems, topping out at Level 9, marking another significant milestone for the project.
At Level 6, Fowler table systems are being utilised for the suspended slabs, with Boxer internal material hoists and Clark external mast climbers supporting the efficient recycling and movement of tables throughout the works.
Acrow screen systems are also being utilised for containment, providing a safe and effective solution as works progress at height.
A great example of coordinated planning, efficient construction methodology and teamwork driving progress on site.

Our BKH Group crews have successfully removed the last of the climbing screens on the Atlassian Central, co-owned by and , reaching a major milestone towards completion of the project.
Over the last 2 years BKH Group has undertaken the management and operation of the climbing screens which were provided by Australia on behalf of our client, , in joint venture with Obayashi.
The screens provided vital protection for the construction of the Atlassian Central and ensured the construction works were safely encapsulated in a critical location above Central Station. The tallest screens were 37.5m in height, making them a world record! The works involved meticulous planning, engineering, and precise ex*****on. All the screen works were undertaken incident free, which is a huge credit to the teams involved.

Another successful jumpform dismantle was completed at Chifley South Tower by BKH Systems.
This milestone marks the completion of 45 jumpform cycles—a significant achievement and a testament to the planning, precision, and teamwork behind the programme.
With the jumpform programme completed ahead of the structure, the team can now progress internally into the core slabs and plant rooms, helping keep the critical path moving.
A massive team effort from everyone involved at BKH Systems and Built. Congratulations to all teams on reaching this important milestone!

New Project Award!
We are proud to be delivering the Concrete Place, Reo Fix, and Scaffold Supply & Install packages for our valued client Erilyan on this significant project, contributing to the construction of critical healthcare infrastructure that will serve the community for years to come.
Macarthur Health Precinct Stage 2 will deliver a state-of-the-art health services facility, including a day surgical hospital, medical office building, and a range of supporting health services designed to enhance access to quality healthcare within the Campbelltown Health and Innovation Precinct.

The development will provide purpose-built facilities for specialist consulting suites, medical imaging, pathology, pharmacy, primary care services, and short-stay surgical procedures, creating an integrated healthcare destination that supports both patients and practitioners. With more than 10,000sqm of health-focused space, the precinct represents a significant investment in the future of healthcare delivery across South Western Sydney.

Another major milestone achieved by the BKH Group team.
Our jumpform system started at basement level 4 and progressed all the way to level 49, completing a total of 57 pours and climbing over 175 vertical metres throughout the construction of the core.

Following completion of the core structure, the jumpform was dismantled ahead of schedule, with the grillage successfully lifted off in three sections, each weighing over 14T.
This achievement was the result of a high level of planning, coordination and collaboration between BKH Group, the BKH Systems team and Mirvac’s project team. From the initial planning through to dismantling, the strong working relationship and open communication between all parties played an important role in delivering the works safely, efficiently and precisely.

We’d also like to acknowledge and thank the Mirvac team for their collaboration and support throughout the project. It has been a pleasure working together and building such a strong relationship over the course of this incredible project. A fantastic milestone for everyone involved and a great demonstration of what can be achieved through detailed planning, strong teamwork and genuine collaboration.

A major milestone achieved at Stage 2 of the Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct.
In partnership with our valued client Lendlease, BKH Group is proud to be delivering the Formwork and Scaffold package, showcasing a range of innovative solutions across the project, including Kwikstage Scaffold for perimeter edge protection, PERI UP Rosett for high-strut shoring, the Ischebeck Table System for slab formwork, and our Jumpform and Crane-Lifted Core Box systems.
The successful installation of the Jumpform grillage marks another significant step forward in the project's construction progress.
In the background, works are accelerating on one half of the structure, where PERI UP Rosett is being utilised as live edge protection, helping drive productivity while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Great work by the entire project team in reaching this important milestone.

Another year, another unforgettable night for an important cause.

BKH Group was proud and honoured to support Foundation House through our recent charity dinner, joining members of our industry for an evening centred around connection, generosity and support.

The evening provided an opportunity to raise awareness and funds for those in the construction industry impacted by addiction, while recognising the importance of connection, support and community across our industry.

Spanning 38 boutique terraces and a seven-storey apartment building, BKH Group delivered the full formwork, concrete, scaffolding and concrete supply package—showcasing our end-to-end structural capability. This milestone project reflects our strength in delivering complex, large-scale structural solutions with precision, safety and outstanding quality for our valued clients.

Things are moving quickly at Helix Hub Liverpool, being delivered by . The last concrete pour of the podium slabs is complete, and this allows the superstructures of both buildings to commence in full. This also allows us to remove our formwork systems from underneath, enabling other trades to commence in the basement levels.

The project is also emerging in the skyline with our two jumpform systems progressing the construction of both cores safely, precisely, and efficiently.

Over the next few weeks, we will see the construction of the slabs advancing upward and the installation of our perimeter climbing screen system to both buildings. This system provides safe encapsulation of the structure. We will also be introducing a self-climbing hoist system to allow efficient vertical movement of our formwork.
