Rich River Golf Club Accommodation Project

This three-level, 23-room hotel was delivered using 32 permanent modules, including guest rooms, staff facilities and shared amenities in Moama, NSW.

From early prototyping through to manufacturing, transport and installation, every stage required meticulous planning and coordination. The result? A premium hotel delivered with minimal disruption to the active golf course, while maintaining the quality and detail expected from a permanent modular building.

What makes it even more impressive? The entire hotel installation was completed in just 5 days.

A huge achievement by our design, manufacturing and site teams, and one we’re incredibly proud to see now welcoming guests.

🏆 Award-Winning Project Success

We’re proud to celebrate the Lagoon Reserve Sports Pavilion in Port Melbourne Victoria, recently recognised with the prefabAUS ‘Smart Building Industry Awards - Infrastructure Category’.

A standout feature of the project was the innovative use of robotically manufactured steel components by our MMC supply partner - Page Steel Fabrications, demonstrating how advanced fabrication technology can deliver precision, efficiency and quality for complex community infrastructure projects.

The new pavilion forms the heart of a revitalised Lagoon Reserve, providing an inclusive, adaptable and sustainable community hub designed to support sport, recreation and community connection for years to come. Through off-site manufacturing and smart construction methodologies, the project showcases the future of resilient and flexible civic infrastructure.

KOSS Clyde North has been successfully installed with 11 permanent modules at a local school site, bringing the project one step closer to completion. The precision lift and seamless installation showcase the speed, efficiency, and quality that modular construction delivers.

Sometimes the best projects are the ones that require you to adapt along the way.

At Sovereign Hill, the lift strategy evolved from a single 450-tonne crane installation to a synchronized two-crane lift using a pair of 250-tonne cranes. The final stage saw another successful change, with the last five module lifts completed using just one crane.

Changing plans while maintaining safety, precision, and momentum is no small task. Credit to the team, whose professionalism and the reliability of our systems ensured every lift was executed successfully.

This recently completed permanent modular kindergarten, located on an existing school site, provides a safe, modern and inspiring environment for young learners to grow, play and thrive. 🌱

By leveraging modular construction, the facility was delivered efficiently in 3.5 months, while minimising disruption to school operations, helping get this important community asset ready sooner.
