It's all well and good when I think to myself "I can barrow 6m³ of mulch up and down hills and then spread it. No problem!" Different story when I see the size of the mulch pile! It all got done but 21,000 steps later and my everything hurts 🤣

Time for some much needed r'n'r. A few weeks in Vietnam and Laos, wandering the streets, eating amazing food, trekking through the jungle, laying by the pool and generally doing bu**er all should ease my weary bones! I'll be back at it around the start of the second week of January. Thanks so much to everyone for your amazing support this year! Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all!!

Some photos from a recent Pittosporum hedge reduction. Always need to go a little below the height where the customer wants the hedge to finish up, to allow for regrowth. It's a bit shocking to see it when it's first done, given how much was removed, but once it's regrown and then given a light haircut it'll look fantastic! I'm really happy with how it turned out, but more importantly, the customer was too.

How lucky am I? I was out doing a quote and I caught the bird song of some pied currawongs! My favourite song bird 😊 My life is pretty great right now, and I'm very appreciative of that 😊😊
