WE’RE HIRING!! Our workload has recently doubled! We are currently hiring for 1-2 positions in our team.

VICFence is a fast growing business specialising in farm fencing. We are seeking an experienced Fencing Labourer or general labourer to work within our team. The successful candidate will need to be reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and should have previous experience in a similar role although this is not essential and as long as you are willing to work we are willing to help you learn.

Responsibilities & experience
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Ability to do manual labour.
• Fencing experience preferred, not essential.
• White card (essential)
• Current drivers licence (manual essential)

About the Role
This position is Monday-Friday 7am until 3.30 pm however we are willing to be flexible on days worked should you require a part time position. (Weekend work also available should you desire more work)

• salary is negotiable depending on experience
• Available for immediate start.
• Full Time wages or Subcontractor

We’re excited to announce that we’re seeking expressions of interest for our upcoming fencing course! Our business is fully booked until early to mid next year, and with daily enquiries for new projects, we want to empower you to tackle your own basic fence repairs and construction. This course will teach you how to use essential fencing equipment and where to source it.

Interested? Submit your details via the link below. There will be a small cost per person or couple, which includes basic fencing equipment provided on the day. We’re planning to hold the course centrally in the Kilmore area.

What you’ll learn:

• Tying wire

• Figure eight knots

• Using gripples

• Setting up post and wire fences

• Installing horse rail

• Hanging/swinging gates

• Straining runs

• Using wire keys, cutters, strainers, and other fencing products(which you take home with you)
