Compliance, but make it architectural.

Proper roof ventilation is non-negotiable under the new NCC, but slapping standard vents across a build of this calibre was never going to be an option. Here we custom detailed every single joint to create a clean, seamless, invisible ventilation system.

It’s these hidden details that take the most precision and time, but they make all the difference to the final finish.

The frames are up, the roof is taking shape, and morning dips at Werri Beach have become an absolute must in this heat.

After months of heavy structural preparation and locking in the rammed earth, the internal spaces are coming together. The insulation is packed, the rough-ins are sorted, and the plasterboard is going up. We are getting incredibly close to that final push.
