After a massive few weeks Claude st is finishing up. 🥵
Few hundred m2 of exposed and a 80m2 driveway.
House side is done.

We pulled out and replaced 60m2 of footpath yesterday and have just 2 crossovers to go and that will be a wrap.

I love intricate jobs like this, finishing to our high standards not just a slap in get out job.

These units are finished extremely well, I’m sure the occupants will absolutely love these!

Usually cutting you lose a lot of time brooming and blowing the excess dust, it goes on the wheels and makes a mess..
Milwaukee Tool Australia making all these cuts a breeze with their M-Class vacuum extractor.
Some games changer things about this, is the wearable switch makes starting and stopping super easy.
And importantly for me, it the ability of it to be run on batteries for when you’re on sites with no power.

Definitely recommend!!

Mawsons Avoca has got to be the best exposed you can use. It really brings th house to life complimenting the recycled brick and weatherboard.

What an EPIC before & after 🔥🔥

Adding to this beautiful home was an Avoca Exposed Driveway, curved path & garden edging/mow strips.

They also have done an UNREAL job of the landscaping!

Bit of a small change from pavers and decked steps!!
