Here's an update on the TELME batch freezer we recently repaired.
-The old compressor had failed after a power surge.
-We ordered the new compressor in from Italy.
-Supplied, Installed and commissioned the new compressor along with a new expansion valve and liquid line drier.
-As you can see from the photos, we flushed the whole system out, pressure tested and vacuumed the system down ensuring which will ensure this unit has a lot more life in it.
-After all repairs are carried out in out workshop, we delivered the unit back to site and commissioned it on site testing it making ice cream.
-Our customer is happy and now back up and running at full capacity.

Another one of yesterday's jobs.

We've had quite a few service calls lately where the customer has said their Air-Conditioning isn't cooling as well as it used to.

9/10 times its just due to lack of maintenance but in this case, the unit had a refrigerant leak causing the unit not to cool efficiently.

We carried out a leak test and found a leak on the service valve. We then repaired the leak, vaccumed the system down, filled up refrigerant and then checked the system operation.

Another customer happy with their ActronAir unit back up and running at full capacity.

We attended this break down today when the customer reported their split system air-conditioner was no longer Cooling.

Unfortunately we found one of the copper pipes had been cut, most likely by someone trying to steal the copper. The customer had another company attend before us that said the unit couldn't be repaired and required replacement.

Fortunately they contacted us and once we quickly diagnosed the fault. We were able to carry out repairs and have it up and running again within a few hours saving the customer thousands on a replacement unit.

Here's some photos of a Seeley International Braemar 7kw split system we just installed for one of our customers.

The customer required the outdoor unit to be installed on the roof with a condensate drain pump as the external wall is right on the property boundary.

These braemar units come fitted with WiFi standard and work very well.
