There are a few things to consider, though. While they offer a sleek appearance and easy access with a gentle push, they can show fingerprints more easily and may open if knocked.

Our recommendation? Push-to-open cabinetry works best in areas like theatre rooms and lounge rooms, where cabinets aren’t accessed as frequently. For busy family kitchens, traditional handles or integrated finger pulls may be more practical for everyday use.

It all comes down to choosing what works best for your space and lifestyle!
