…and we may not be finished yet. 😏

On Sunday 8 November, Liam and I are firing up the BBQ at My Local Butcher — selling snags and kranskies, having a few laughs and raising money for a cause that means a hell of a lot to us.

We’re chasing $10,000 for men’s mental health, supporting Kokoda Centurions & Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation. ❤️

📍 My Local Butcher — 62 Prospect Rd, Prospect
🕚 From 11am
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family friendly

Come down, grab a feed, buy a few raffle tickets and help us get closer to that $10k.

Good food. Good mates. Real conversations. 🥩🔥

Not long now until the boss hits the track.
If you would like to donate to this great cause, click on the link.

⚡️ The boss is at it again! 😂

Our resident electrician is swapping the tools, ladders and power points for the Kokoda Trail, taking on one seriously tough challenge as an ambassador for men’s mental health.

He’s putting the hard yards in to raise awareness and funds for vital men’s mental health research — proving that sometimes the biggest sparks happen outside the workshop! ⚡️🥾

There’ll be plenty of sweat, sore legs, questionable navigation and probably a few choice words along the way… but it’s all for a good cause.

Men’s mental health matters. As an ambassador, he’s helping start conversations, raise awareness and support research that can make a real difference.

So let’s get behind Alex and help him power his way across Kokoda! 💙

Every donation helps — and we promise there’s no call-out fee. 😂
Thank you for your support
