Louie rolled through site and carried out a detailed inspection of the playscape.

At that age there’s no politics or soft feedback… just immediate, unfiltered honesty. If it’s no good, you’ll hear about it.

We’ll give him a few years, but he’s already taking the role pretty seriously.

Play Patch Early Learning Centre in Annerley, located on Ipswich Rd, has now been completed.

The two-storey centre includes multiple learning rooms along with vibrant outdoor playscapes designed to create engaging spaces for children to learn, play and grow.

A big thank you to along with all of the subcontractors and suppliers who contributed to the delivery of this project.

And of course, well done to the Chapcon project team whose coordination, hard work and attention to detail ensured a smooth delivery.

Ipswich Road Childcare Centre – Project Update
We’re proud to share the latest progress on the Ipswich Road Childcare Centre development:

✅ Handrails and stair balustrades installed
✅ Block laying for the Fire Pump/Booster room underway
✅ Pergola construction progressing
✅ External cladding completed
✅ Carpentry finishes – doors, skirts, architraves, and joinery cabinetry in progress
✅ Final wall prep completed – ready for painting
✅ External feature tiling added to the entrance

We’re so excited to see this beautiful space coming together for the community. Stay tuned for more updates!
