From seed collection to landscape restoration 🌱

Across our Victorian and South Australian nurseries, the ecoDynamics team is helping restore environments through the propagation and growth of native plants for projects across the country.

Before construction begins, our teams head on site to carefully collect seeds and plant material from the local environment. These species are then propagated and grown within our nurseries, before returning to site post-construction as part of the landscaping and environmental restoration process.

This approach helps protect local biodiversity, preserve important native genetics, and create landscapes that are better connected to the surrounding environment. It also supports wildlife habitats, strengthens ecosystem resilience, and ensures communities continue to benefit from healthy, thriving natural spaces for generations to come.

Last month, we celebrated 37 years of landscaping, 37 years of planting, 37 years of operating some incredible fleet and equipment, and 37 years of creating greener futures across Australia.

As we celebrate 37 years in business, we’re also recognising another important milestone — our second birthday as a Certified B Corporation. Over the decades, ecoDynamics has continued to evolve, grow, and innovate. Becoming B Corp Certified reinforced our commitment to transparency, accountability, and using business as a force for good.

Deer Park Station in Melbourne’s west has been recognised nationally, winning the Infrastructure category at the 2025 landscape architecture awards 🌿

As featured by Beat Magazine, the station is being celebrated for its Indigenous-led design, native planting and strong focus on regenerating Country — transforming a major transport project into a living landscape.

Delivered through Victoria’s Big Build Level Crossing Removal Project, the precinct includes Victoria’s first train station rooftop garden and more than 50,000 native trees, shrubs and grasses across the site. Designed alongside sensitive grasslands, it prioritises biodiversity, cooling and water management while rethinking what infrastructure can be.

Not the flashiest part of a project… but definitely one of the most important.

When it comes to retaining walls, what’s behind it matters just as much as what you see. Poor drainage = water build-up = pressure = failure (and no one wants that).

That’s where scoria comes in. It’s a high-quality drainage aggregate that helps keep water moving and your wall standing strong for the long haul.

We don’t stop there either — we install a full range of aggregates including blue metal, gravel, sand, slag and recycled concrete. Plus, our blower trucks can handle materials up to 20mm and our slinger trucks can handle materials up to 40mm, making installation fast, precise and efficient.
