It’s National Wattle Day!

Did you know that wattles do more than just brighten our landscapes?

Wattles help to add nitrogen to the soil, supporting surrounding plants and playing an important role in restoring native environments.

Right now, our nursery team is growing around 33,000 acacias from:
🌱 73 separate seed collections
🌱 30 different species

That’s 33,000 plants helping to establish healthy landscapes.

A great reason to celebrate National Wattle Day.

August, you’ve been amazing.

A few moments from the month as we say goodbye to winter and hello to spring.

We look forward to longer days, and plenty more colour ahead. 🌿

It’s been a busy few months at ecoDynamics! 🌱

From out on site to behind the scenes in the office, there’s been plenty happening across the business — starting new projects, wrapping up major milestones, recognising our incredible people, celebrating together at our Mid-Year Social, and everything in between.

A big thank you to our teams across the business for all the hard work, dedication and energy that keeps things moving 👏

Here’s a little look at what we’ve been up to lately!

🦺 Safety starts with all of us.

At ecoDynamics, we believe recognising safe practices is just as important as identifying risks. Our Safety Excellence Awards celebrate the people who go above and beyond to keep safety and compliance front of mind every day.

Neville has been recognised for his key role in establishing our new Rossmore site and his outstanding commitment to safety in his role as Compliance Officer. His attention to detail, proactive approach and dedication to maintaining high standards help create a safer workplace for everyone.

👏 Congratulations, Neville, and thank you for leading by example and helping make safety a priority at ecoDynamics.

Yesterday we celebrated by swapping our desks for shovels and heading to our Epping site to get our hands dirty.

Our team planted four Australian native species that will contribute to greener landscapes and healthier ecosystems:
🌿 Corymbia ficifolia
🌿 Eucalyptus polyanthemos var. vestita
🌿 Eucalyptus cladocalyx 'Nana'
🌿 Eucalyptus occidentalis

As a landscaping business, every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment, but National Tree Day is a great reminder of the difference we can make when we come together.

A big thank you to everyone who got involved. Here's to creating greener futures, one tree at a time 🌱💚

At ecoDynamics, that commitment shows up in the work we deliver every day. We align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and focus on creating landscape solutions that strengthen communities, reduce environmental impact, and add long-term value for people, places and the planet.

Because when purpose leads the way, the impact goes far beyond the build.
Better for people.
Better for places.

This National NAIDOC week, we're reflecting on the importance of spaces that celebrate and share Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.

We've had the privilege of contributing to projects where Indigenous artwork and cultural elements form part of the broader public space, creating opportunities for stories of Country, culture and community to be shared with future generations.

These places create opportunities for connection, reflection and understanding, helping to ensure the world's oldest continuing cultures remain visible, celebrated and respected.

☕🎗️ Our South Australian team recently hosted a Biggest Morning Tea in support of the Cancer Council, raising an incredible $938.85 — almost double their $500 fundraising goal!

Held across three locations, the morning tea brought our teams together for a great cause, with employees contributing through donations and a raffle, with all raffle proceeds going towards the final fundraising total.

A fantastic effort by everyone involved, helping support the Cancer Council's vital work in cancer research, prevention and support services 👏

Thank you to everyone who donated, participated and helped make the event such a success.

This NAIDOC Week, we celebrate 50 Years of Deadly – marking five decades of recognising the cultures, achievements, resilience and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

NAIDOC Week provides an opportunity to learn, deepen our understanding of First Nations histories and cultures, and reflect on the strength, knowledge and enduring connection to Country that has been maintained across generations.

The 2026 theme, 50 Years of Deadly, honours the people, communities and leaders who have shaped the NAIDOC movement over the past 50 years and celebrates the legacy they continue to build.

At ecoDynamics, we proudly acknowledge and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, their cultures, knowledge and ongoing contributions to caring for Country.
