Meet the TPS steering committee. Lead by GM of Innovation and Performance Adrian Speer the team spent two days focused on Topdrill’s Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshop.

Instead of looking at our operations through isolated department silos, we mapped our entire end-to-end flow. We examined every roadblock, challenged our current processes, and identified exactly where we can eliminate waste to deliver maximum value to our clients.

The result was a clear, data-driven roadmap for our "future state" that will streamline our workflows and drive real operational excellence across our sites and teams.

MD Tim Topham commented ‘The Value Stream Mapping workshop was a great insight into every element of our business. Watching the team come together, focused on every element that will drive customer satisfaction, was incredibly exciting.

With more than 150 team members having completed our Productivity Improvers training, Topdrill is poised to take the next step on our journey towards becoming a world-class organisation.’
