Customer had a sneaky water leak hiding in the wall. Turns out an old nail had been punched straight through the copper pipe (absolute classic 🙃).
Tracked it down, opened the wall, cut out the damaged section and repaired it properly. Leak sorted. Disaster avoided. Everyone sleeps better tonight.
