Us at XGS installed Australian native plants that suit the climate and need less water and he’ll make the garden pop. We’ve mulched the beds to lock in moisture, cut down weeds, and obviously help make the place look a lot neater. We set up some lighting so the garden still looks good after dark.
It went from tired and untouched to a space buyers can actually picture themselves using.
Fresh plants, mulch and lighting can make a huge before-and-after difference — and it helps the listing photos and inspections land better.
