Huge project by JTE completing the earthmoving and electrical for this Modular WA build on property just out of Jurien Bay. Fraser completed the cut and fill and gravel pad for the modules, earthworks for Jurien Plumbing septic installation, electrical hook up between the modules, down lights and pendant light install, mains power install and also earthmoving ready for lawn and garden bed installation. Still to be completed is front yard earthworks, fence and rock pitching/drainage earthworks plus shed pad and shed electrical wire up.
