Set against the tranquil waterways of Halls Head, this bespoke residence was designed to capture the relaxed lifestyle of Mandurah while enhancing the streetscape with a bold but simple modern contemporary elevation.

Clean, sculptural lines flow through the front elevation, softened by subtle curved detailing throughout the house as well as natural textures. Crisp white render, warm timber finishes, and locally sourced stone create a timeless palette that feels both coastal and refined.

Inside, the layout is tailored for modern living—with expansive glazing to the canal side to bring the outdoors in and celebrate that ever-changing waterfront view 🌊

It's been a good couple of weeks for getting planning approvals. This 3 storey home is an a block with a 5.5m fall from front to back !!

It was worth making the DA application using the performance solutions as we gained incredible access to the surrounding views for our client

What a great way to finish the week, we got these 3 art deco townhouses on Main St in Osborne Park APRROVED.

It was a pleasure working with the planning team at on this landmark development who always kept an open mind and always considered the Design Principles of the R-Codes which are sadly looked over too often by planners and volume builders.

Infill development, is almost never straightforward, there are slopes, encroachments, sewer extensions, 7 start energy, all making cookie cutter homes near impossible for these blocks. Always seek the advice of a DMN Design professional... Like us 😄

The current modern day trend is for curves. We love curves, but shoe-horning them into a design just to get a curve feels contrived.

We would much rather do designs like this modern art deco home on Perth's coast. Curves are a historical component of the style, it's fun to use them in different ways.
