Today, we honour the extraordinary courage of Austin Appelbee. 🫡

At just 13 years old, Austin showed remarkable strength, resilience, and presence of mind when his family was swept out to sea. Swimming for hours through rough conditions to reach help, his actions ultimately saved the lives of those he loves.

Austin’s story is a powerful reminder that true heroism is not defined by age, uniform, or title — but by courage, selflessness, and the instinct to protect others when it matters most. 👏
