This was one of our projects — a raise and build-under transformation at 16 Bright Street, Newtown.

What was once a home with limited space has been completely reimagined to maximise functionality, flow, and liveability. By raising the existing structure and building underneath, we’ve helped create a home that better suits modern living while making the most of the block.
