👋 MEET JOSH!

Josh is our Production Manager and has been part of the Tas Petroleum team for six years.

No two days look quite the same for Josh. From manufacturing AdBlue and driving fuel tankers to lending a hand across different jobs on site, he plays an important role in keeping things moving behind the scenes.

Outside of work, you'll find Josh spending time with his family.

Our newest Tas Petroleum site is officially up and running following the acquisition of the existing Ampol site in Ouse.

The Roadhouse continues to trade as usual - and apparently, we hear they might just have some of the best dim sims in Tasmania! 👀

We did offer a service that would fix this problem...🙄🙋🛳️

Apparently Tasmania’s $528 million icebreaker can handle Antarctica.

It just can’t get to the fuel pump in Hobart.

The RSV Nuyina is still making a 670-kilometre round trip to Burnie to refuel, costing taxpayers nearly $900,000 a year.

The State Government was meant to provide a permanent solution by July 31.

Its big idea so far?

Roll in some trucks.

The Commonwealth described that proposal as “far from acceptable”, which is government language for: surely you can do better than this.

Tasmania is supposed to be Australia’s Antarctic gateway. We need a proper refuelling solution in Hobart, not an annual taxpayer-funded sightseeing trip up the coast.

Only in Tasmania’s bureaucracy. 🚢
