National Conference 2026 | Canberra

A few days away in Canberra with the wider Hotondo Homes family was the perfect opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, celebrate the year and connect with teams from across the country.

From celebrating achievements at Old Parliament House, to enjoying time together at Shaw Wines and letting everyone’s personalities come out for our themed dress-up night, there were plenty of memorable moments along the way.

We also had the opportunity to hear from Olympic swimming coach Dean Boxall, who shared an insight into what it takes to train and support elite athletes, from building strong relationships and maintaining high standards to helping athletes perform at their very best. It was a great reminder of the dedication, discipline and teamwork that sits behind high performance.

The dress-up night gave us the chance to find out what everyone wanted to be when they grew up. Sam went with a Free W***y trainer, while Ashlee chose movie director!

A great experience filled with new ideas, great conversations and plenty of memories. We’re looking forward to bringing some of that inspiration back home to Launceston.
