Graham Constructions

Graham Constructions Hey my names Rhys Graham and I`m a local builder in Inverell, NSW. Established at the beginning of 2021

Hey, my names Rhys Graham and I started Graham Constructions because I wanted a challenge to construct and renovate dwellings for locals. I have a wide range of skills and experience in residential, commercial and industrial sectors of the building world. I started my apprenticeship in Inverell, North West NSW in June 2010 working mainly on new steel framed homes and sheds. Once I finished my trad

e in February 2014, I decided to move to Armidale, NSW and get experience in commercial and industrial builds, working for Rice Construction group, based in Tamworth and Armidale. I worked on some of my proudest projects including the TAS girls boarding house, McCulloch Bulk Haulage service shed and the Allied Mills flour manufacturing building. During my time in Armidale I also got experience in residential renovations and new residential timber frame construction. I moved to Forbes, NSW with my wife at the start of 2021 with a vision to go out by myself, and with the experience I have, try my luck at sharing my skills and making people happy with their dream projects. I pride myself and the company on working hard, truthfulness and talking the client through the project if they have any questions. Don`t hesitate to give me a call or message and I`ll do my best to help you.

35 years after this home was built, it was time for this ensuite to get the makeover it deserved.
A complete strip-out of the existing bathroom allowed us to start from scratch, this included installing new waterproofing, laying fresh tiles, and updating all the fixtures and fittings to create a modern, functional space that will serve the homeowners for years to come.
A huge thank you to our suppliers:
• Swan Bathrooms for all the bathroom hardware
• Armidale Ceramics for the tiles, grout and adhesive
• Armidale Building Supplies for the building materials
And a special thanks to the local trades who helped bring this project to life:
• Chadd Electrical Contractors
• Pandas Plumbing
• Top Dog Plastering
• Hockley Glass & Aluminium
Your workmanship and support are greatly appreciated.
If you’re considering renovating your bathroom, laundry, deck or roof, or are planning a new shed or extension, get in touch with Rhys at Graham Constructions.
Built with pride, finished with quality.

The wedding deck. These clients urgently needed a new deck before an all important family wedding. The existing deck was made of a timber frame which had slowly rotted away and in some areas was only being supported by decking boards. The frame is now steel and the decking boards are made of a timber/plastic composite material, ready to stand the test of time and still look new. The steel was supplied by and the .nsw boards were supplied by A massive congratulations to Gab and Mick on their wedding, no doubt the party would have been one for the ages. Biggest shed to date! This client needed a new shed to house a workshop, machinery and also hay, and the result has come up Mickey Mouse. This shed consists of 6X6 metre bays, 15 metres deep and 5 metres to the gutter. The workshop is completely bird proof and the concrete footing stops the rain entering the shed from the west, a great idea! A big thanks to my concreters from Chester Contracting and also to Lyndon and my apprentice Tom, a massive job with long days but everybody finished the day with a smile on their dial. Drainage and electrical will be run in the coming weeks to get this shed fully operational. If you’ve got a job in mind, don’t hesitate to message the page and we will have a chat. Shed supplied by and also a big thanks to for letting us hire 2 scissor lifts. A job well done

Step into this beautifully renovated bathroom. Affectionately referred to as the 'pink bathroom' by the clients, we preserved a hint of the original pink, can you spot it? By removing nib walls, installing fresh tiles and adding a fresh coat of paint, we transformed the space without altering the layout. Thanks to for the gorgeous tiles and bathroom accessories, and for the building materials. Big thanks to the local Inverell tradespeople who assisted in completing this project. Our latest machinery storage shed project. We battled the hottest two weeks of the year, but early starts and plenty of hydration paid off. This massive shed boasts 6x4 meter bays, 12 meters in depth and 5 meters to the gutter, the largest we've built to date. Half of it features a concreted workshop with power and water, a necessity in any shed that is being built. A huge thanks to Chris, Monty, Heath and our new apprentice Tom for their hard work. Special thanks to for supplying the shed.

If you’ve got a shed project in mind, please don’t hesitate to contact Graham Constructions and we can discuss ideas.

A farmer's request for a pellet bunker storage solution to make his life easier and feed his cows more cost-effectively led to this project. The constant load of pellets, tractors and trucks demanded a robust 150mm thick, 32MPA concrete slab. Large concrete blocks will be added around the perimeter of the slab to keep the pellets contained. Thanks to Jordan for helping box upSterling Concrete Pumpingacting for the pour, Inverell Regional Concrete for the concrete supply and for their pumping expertise, a job well done! If you’re in the market for pellet storage on your farm, or even a bathroom or deck renovation, don’t hesitate to get in contact with me via a private message and I’ll be sure to get back to you.

Step into this stunning farmhouse bathroom, where rustic charm blends seamlessly with understated sophistication. I'm incredibly proud of this space, featuring gorgeous grey tiles reaching 2.1 metres high on two walls, complemented by V-joint panelling that extends to the ceiling and the other two walls. The absence of cornice creates a sleek, modern look, perfectly accentuated by the beautiful bronze hardware. A convenient shelf along the shower wall provides ample storage. A low-maintenance, child-safe deck all year around.
When I first met with the client, they mentioned how their old deck, which was well over 20 years old, had begun to rot, splinter and fall apart. Water simply wasn’t drying off in time, and let’s be real, who has the time to sand and prime a deck every 6 months? 😅
I replaced a few joists to make the structure stronger and then installed .nsw boards. Unlike traditional timber, these boards won’t warp, twist, bow, or turn grey, and they won’t splinter either. Plus, the new boards are secret-screwed, so you can’t see any fixings, just a sleek, seamless finish.
To top it off, the clients had a fly screen installed around half the deck so they can enjoy those warm summer afternoons without getting eaten alive by mozzies and flies. 🦟
Big thanks to for supplying the materials, always a pleasure working with you!
