As part of this property's landscaping updates we have installed concrete stairs to the rear patio along with a rear patio that includes concrete with a space for a circular fire pit that is surrounded by seating for those fun nights with friends.

Yesterday we put in a Recycled Plastic driveway in 4017. Our environmentally aware customers decided to be our first 4017 customers to have their new driveway installed using Recycled Waste Plastic. We have long advocated for this product to reduce the impact on our environment. Using waste plastic manufactured into a product added to concrete removes the need for steel reinforcing, lowering carbon footprint. It reduces the impacts of mining on our planet, reduces landfill and provides a use for recycled plastic. Good on you Craig and Sarah. Trailblazers for 4017 and for the planet. It looks great. And the price is almost the same as traditional slab on ground concrete. We have included some more photos in the comments. This job included a New Double width concrete driveway, with grid crossing, rendered block retaining wall with colorbond slatted inserts, concrete stairs and footpath.. We even laid the new turf.
