Our repeat client called us out as they had a concealed hot water leak
Shortly after arriving we determined the leak to be on the hot water pipe running under the grass to the granny flat
After speaking with the client and them telling us the hot water doesn’t usually last for all 6 people living on the property we took the chance to delete the hot water line running to the granny flat and install a 125L HWS for the granny flat which previously ran off the main house hot water system, killing 2 birds with 1 stone
Hot water leak is no more without digging up the yard and now there’s no longer anybody missing out on hot showers😎
