Kensington Project Update

Excellent progress continues at our Kensington project, with the home now moving into the finishing stages.

Internal wet-area tiling has been completed, together with the first coat of paint throughout the entire home. The joinery shop drawings have also been fully check-measured and signed off, with manufacturing ready to commence.

The next stage will see the installation of engineered timber flooring throughout both the existing and new sections of the home, alongside the commencement of internal carpentry works.

The project is tracking exceptionally well, and we’re now seeing the architectural design and high-quality finishes come together, bringing this beautiful home one step closer to completion.

Great progress continues at our Kensington project, with another major milestone reached.

Our team has now completed all services rough-in, waterproofing to the wet areas, and plasterboard sheeting to all walls and ceilings. We’ve also enclosed the rear roof patio, incorporating skylights to create a bright, open space filled with natural light that will become a standout feature of the home.

With the internal structure now complete, we’re excited to move into the next stage of the build. Tiling, timber flooring and custom joinery are next, and we’re looking forward to seeing the home really come to life.

Every stage is a reflection of our commitment to quality and attention to detail. Stay tuned as we continue bringing this beautiful Kensington home to completion.

A major milestone has been achieved on our multi-dwelling project with the successful completion of a large scale concrete pour.

A pour of this size doesn’t happen by chance, it is the result of weeks of detailed planning, coordination, and collaboration. From finalising the formwork, reinforcement, and service to organising concrete supply, pump and quality control, every stage had to be executed with precision to ensure a seamless operation.

An enormous effort went into ensuring the pour ran safely, efficiently, and on schedule. From the early morning setup through to the final finish, every member of our crew demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Maintaining consistency throughout a pour of this magnitude requires constant communication, coordination, and experience, and we’re proud of how the entire team came together to deliver an outstanding result.

This concrete slab forms the structural foundation of the project and sets the benchmark for the quality we expect throughout every stage of construction.

A huge thank you to our dedicated team, trusted subcontractors, suppliers, and everyone involved in making this pour a success. Your hard work and commitment continue to drive our projects forward.

Progress is moving well on our dual occupancy project.

We’ve successfully completed the drainage works, with careful planning and precise installation to ensure every service is positioned exactly where it needs to be for the long term performance of both homes.

Next up, we’ll be preparing for the ground floor slab with levelling sand, formwork, waffle pod installation, and steel reinforcement.

Every stage is being delivered with attention to detail, setting a strong foundation for the build ahead. We look forward to sharing the next milestone as these two homes continue to take shape.

Every successful project starts with a strong foundation and that begins with proper site establishment.

Before construction commences, we ensure every site is set up safely, cleanly and professionally. This includes clear site signage, sediment and erosion control measures, organized site facilities, and notifying neighbouring properties of the commencement date and upcoming works.

Taking the time to establish a project correctly from day one helps create a safer work environment, minimizes disruption to the community, and sets the standard for quality throughout the build.

When a project is managed properly from the beginning, it creates the framework for a smooth, efficient and successful outcome.

At All Saints Construction, we believe the details matter from the very first day on site.

Strong progress continues at our Kensington project.

The scaffold is now in place, first-floor walls have been completed, and the roof structure and tiling are finished. With the building envelope taking shape, the project is entering an exciting phase.

Next up, we’ll be commencing external rendering and services rough-in as we continue driving the project forward.

A testament to the hard work and coordination of our team and trades on site.

Project update on our newest site — two side-by-side homes now officially underway.

We’ve completed demolition, site set out, and screw pier installation, marking an important milestone in the early stages of construction.

Next, we move into drainage works for both homes before progressing toward slab preparation.

A strong start and a solid foundation for what’s to come. Looking forward to bringing this project to life.

Another key milestone reached at our Kensington project first floor slab successfully poured.

This stage is always a critical one, especially on a project where we’re carefully connecting the old with the new. A lot of planning, coordination and attention to detail went into ensuring the new structure integrates seamlessly with the existing, both structurally and visually.

It’s great to see it all come together on site.

Next up, we’ll be marking out the slab, followed by timber framing to the walls and continuing with the brickwork as the structure really starts to take shape.
