Ford Building and Design is looking for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team.

We have ongoing residential and commercial projects and need someone who can take ownership on site, lead a small team, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

About the role:
• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Leading and working alongside a small team
• Reading plans and coordinating tasks
• Maintaining quality and efficiency on site

What we’re looking for:
• Qualified carpenter with good experience
• Previous leadership experience or ready to step into the role
• Reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work
• Own tools and transport
