Old fence had definitely run its course. Removed existing fence sheets, and old rotten timber posts/rails. Post hole dug new holes for galvanised posts to be concreted in. Attached new 38 x 25 mm galvanised rails and then sheeted structure with new Pale Eucalypt Double Sided Trimdek fence sheeting. Topped of with Colorbond fence capping to suit. Fit new powder coated posts to side of garage for new Colorbond access gate to be fitted.

Replaced old rotten timber mouldings with new 66 x 18mm H3 Treated Pine Primed Pencil Round LOSP. Timber was painted on both sides prior to fitting. Came up great.

Access gate installation.

Client needed access to the rear so gate was fitted to one side of carport post and infilled section to house on the other.

Client needed to section off end of verandah from where old decking is to be removed from. Due to there being an almost 3m drop without the deck there, it needed to have a new balustrade fitted for safety and legal purposes. New 50 x 50 powder coated posts were fitted to verandah c section and dyna bolted to solid concrete floor. The new balustrade is a Peak Aluminium system which is of high quality, strong hand and bottom rail, 38 x 16mm balusters with 100mm spacers to keep everything all locked in. All is powder coated white and is a classy finish.
