𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀.

Great to continue our relationship with Liontown and play our part in the next phase of Kathleen Valley.

Plenty more to come. 👷‍♂️

We like to move fast once a decision's made. 🏗️

As the Final Investment Decision to expand Kathleen Valley was approved in Perth, the first permanent Mine Services Area buildings arrived on site.

It's part of the early works for the expansion. The Mine Services Area will support our growing team and the additional mining fleet.

Decision made, buildings on the ground. More to come. Big thanks to Jagcor.

Since our first mobilisation in early 2025, Jagcor has continued to support Fortescue’s infrastructure and decarbonisation projects across the Pilbara with our mobile concrete supply capability.

A key to the success of these projects has been our ability to 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵, 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 our batch plants as project requirements evolve.

Each setup is established with the same focus on 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, reflecting the standard our teams work hard to maintain across every project.

These results are a credit to our crews who continue to adapt and deliver in remote and demanding environments.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 | 𝗔𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗰𝗙𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 – 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘄

Changing careers means being willing to step outside your comfort zone, start from the ground up and embrace the opportunity to learn.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Aaron joined Jagcor around nine months ago after relocating to Western Australia. With an electrical engineering background and seven years at Intel, where he progressed through technical roles to become a Module Equipment Lead, Aaron made the decision to take his career in a completely new direction.

Starting with Jagcor as a Trade Assistant, Aaron has since progressed into our Formwork Carpentry crew and is already working across his third project.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗔𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱:
“Don't let your inexperience put you off. Be comfortable not knowing everything and don't be afraid to ask questions. Being the least experienced person in the room can be your biggest strength and is often the fastest way to learn.”

Working across three projects has given Aaron exposure to different teams, clients and challenges, while helping him develop an understanding of the full project lifecycle – from earthworks through to concrete pours and completion.

His engineering background continues to influence the way he works, bringing problem solving, attention to detail and a strong understanding of how different elements come together to deliver quality outcomes.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻?
“A strong culture creates an environment where safety, quality and output naturally follow in that order. When the culture is right, people look out for each other, take pride in their work and naturally deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.”

Looking ahead, Aaron plans to continue building his industry knowledge and experience, with the goal of progressing into a supervisor or project management role.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗔𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗝𝗮𝗴𝗰𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲?
Inclusive. Challenging. Rewarding.

We're proud to have Aaron on the Jagcor team and look forward to seeing where his drive to learn and develop takes him next.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 | 𝗪𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿 – 𝗛𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁

Sometimes the best endorsement of a company comes from someone who's experienced it from both sides.

Earlier this year, Wade Machar joined Jagcor as our HSE Superintendent, bringing with him almost two decades of experience with an industry-leading organisation. Throughout his career on the client side, Wade worked alongside Jagcor across several major projects, giving him a unique perspective on our team long before he became part of it.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗝𝗮𝗴𝗰𝗼𝗿, 𝗪𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱:

"Jagcor would rarely say no. It was evident the company wanted to learn more, improve its systems and continue progressing. I saw a business that genuinely looks after its people, and that creates a team that's loyal, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile."

Since joining in January, Wade has become a valued member of the Jagcor family. His positive attitude, approachable nature and collaborative style have helped build strong relationships across our projects, working alongside our crews to find practical solutions that keep everyone safe while delivering quality outcomes.

𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹:

"We don't come to work to 'do' safety. We come to work to deliver a quality product—safely."

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗴𝗰𝗼𝗿?

𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

We're proud to have you on the team, Wade. 👏
