CONCRETE BOOM PUMP OPERATOR - TASMANIA

Tringrove Industries is seeking an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator for full-time employment across Tasmania.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

- $2,000 per week before tax, plus superannuation

- Weekly pay

- Company vehicle and fuel provided

- Relocation assistance available for suitable interstate applicants

- Additional travel allowance for qualifying travel exceeding two hours between major Tasmanian towns, subject to company policy

- Long-term employment with a growing construction company

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will operate our Putzmeister 42.5m and Callaghan 24m concrete pumps on commercial, industrial and civil construction projects throughout Tasmania.

Responsibilities include:

- Safe operation and setup of concrete boom pumps

- Working with supervisors and concrete crews during pours

- Completing daily pre-start inspections

- Cleaning, greasing and performing minor preventative maintenance on non-pour days

- Identifying and reporting mechanical faults

- Keeping pumps and associated equipment clean and presentable

- Travelling between project sites across Tasmania

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous concrete boom pump operating experience

- Current relevant High Risk Work Licence (PB)

- Appropriate driver's licence for the pump vehicle

- Strong safety awareness and mechanical aptitude

- Ability to work independently

- Based in Tasmania or willing to relocate

- Valid Australian working rights

*Experienced formworker that has both on-ground and suspended slab experience. Precast and tilt up panel install ability a desired attribute.

*Experienced concrete tradesmen. Ideally Ride- on and commerical concrete skillsets with the drive to become leading hands or project supervisors.

* Apprentices. If you have applied before, apply again! We are seeking 2 keen trainees that want to learn our concrete passion. Must have a driver's license or RELIABLE transport to and from work.

*Concrete Boom Pump operator. Happy to train the right applicant that can look after new equipment.
