Starters Box is all systems go 🏁 at Baskerville Raceway!

Sign Writing looks amazing Motorsports Tasmania!

A few weeks ago we put up a photo of our brilliant new Starter's box at Bulk Nutrients Baskerville Raceway.
Well I'm pleased to say that Sharmane and Brett Mansfield from Liverpool Engineering Works have decided to sponsor the refurbishment of this great asset for all that use this historic circuit.

Liverpool Engineering Works have continued to support Baskerville over many years with not only their quality Engineering work, but both Sharmane and Brett continue to volenteer as officials trackside as often as they can.

We cannot express our gratitude enough for the many businesses that support both our circuits in a climate that small businesses are finding it tough, so if you can support any of our sponsors, please do, as it benefits all of our circuit users.

20 YEARS… WHAT A JOURNEY

Today marks 20 years since Brett and I took ownership of Liverpool Engineering Works.

It’s hard to put into words just how much this journey has meant to us.

Twenty years ago, we took a leap of faith. We had hopes, dreams and a determination to make it work — but I don’t think either of us could have imagined everything that the next two decades would bring.

There has been long days, difficult decisions, challenges, sacrifices and plenty of moments where being business owners has followed us home. But there has also been incredible achievements, friendships, opportunities and a huge sense of pride in what we have built together.

Liverpool Engineering Works hasn’t just been a business to us. For 20 years, it has been a huge part of our lives and our story.

We have grown alongside the business, learnt so much along the way and weathered every challenge that came our way, together.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported Liverpool Engineering over the past 20 years. To our wonderful staff, loyal customers, suppliers, friends and supporters — thank you for being part of our journey.

But today, this milestone feels especially personal.

Twenty years of taking chances. Twenty years of hard work. Twenty years of believing in each other. Twenty years of building something together.

And honestly… we wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Here’s to Liverpool Engineering, and to celebrating 20 incredible years of ownership. 🥂

9/10 students to assist them develop a pathway in the Steel fabrication industry.

🏁 Another project delivered by Liverpool Engineering Works 🔧

Today we were at Baskerville Raceway installing a brand-new starter box, helping keep this iconic Tasmanian motorsport venue ready for race day action.

From concept to completion, our team takes pride in delivering quality steel fabrication and practical solutions built to perform, whether it’s on the track, in the workshop, or out in the community.

A big thank you to the team at Motorsports Tasmania for trusting Liverpool Engineering Works with this project.

It was a pleasure to welcome Mayor Leigh Gray to Liverpool Engineering Works for a visit and chat with our team.

We enjoyed the opportunity to discuss the work we do, the projects we’re proud to be part of, and the importance of supporting local manufacturing and engineering in our community.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Sharmaine! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating the one who keeps everyone in line at Liverpool Engineering… or at least tries to! 😄

From juggling the paperwork to making sure the rest of us stay on track, we honestly don’t know what we would do without you. The workshop might still run, but it would definitely be a lot louder, a lot messier, and probably missing a few important deadlines!

We hope you have an amazing day filled with cake, laughs, and absolutely no work (although we know you’ll probably still be checking in on things! 😉).

HOBART INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Working at the airport has its risks... not because of the job, but because the temptation to jump on a flight to somewhere warmer is very real at this time of year! ✈️🌴

We're pretty sure the team are getting plenty of work done, although if anyone spots a group of welders on a beach in the Bahamas, let us know. 😆

For now, it's business as usual as we continue delivering quality work at one of Tasmania's busiest gateways.

One year ago today, Tasmania celebrated the opening of the new Bridgewater Bridge — the largest transport infrastructure project ever undertaken in the state’s history.

Looking back, it’s incredible to think that our team at Liverpool Engineering Works played a part in bringing this landmark project to life.

We are incredibly proud and privileged to have contributed to a project that will serve Tasmanians for generations to come. Opportunities to be involved in projects of this scale don’t come along often, and it is something our team will always look back on with pride.

A special thank you to McConnell Dowell and BridgePro Engineering Pty Ltd for the opportunity to be involved and for their trust and support throughout the project.
