Bespoke. Custom. Smiles. 🙏

It’s the best bit, handing over the keys to a new home, especially such an incredible home, to awesome clients, in this fantastic location!

So much of our beautiful state is blessed with great views, a huge percentage of blocks have slope and no family’s needs are the same - that’s where our custom home design service comes into its own. This home being such a great example, designed to work with the lay of the land, capture the views, gain as much sun as possible all whilst aligning to the individual needs of the client.

We are so very thankful Louise & Nick made the decision to invest the time into a complete custom design & build through us, working together with us to create their dream home.

Big kudos to all our team, trades and suppliers that brought this magnificent home to life.

This Saturday… 🏟️🍻

…you won’t find Hazel 🐾 or the team at the display home as we are closing for the AFL Grand Final, allowing our team to spend time with their family yelling at a TV, having a couple of quiet ones, dancing to Kylie 💃 or pulling a hamstring at half time.

With a Tasmanian legendary Coach up against a Tasmanian cracking Captain, we’re not sure who to go for, let’s just hope it’s close and there’s a few we see running around for Tasmania Devils in a couple of years 😉🙏

You little ripper!! 🏆 🏠

It’s been almost three weeks, but we’re still buzzing on behalf of our people, our trades, our suppliers and above all our beautiful clients!

We’re absolutely thrilled this Broadview 180 design built in Richmond took home the Master Builders Association Tasmania 2026 Dwelling Construction $400k-$500k at the Awards for Excellence with thanks to sponsors Clennetts Mitre 10 & Becks Mitre 10 (Northern Tasmania) with photography by Promote Property Marketing

The judges said:
“Delivering exceptional quality within a modest budget, Richmond Green demonstrates the value of thoughtful planning, skilled workmanship and efficient construction. The builder has created a family home that exceeds expectations through intelligent use of space, refined detailing and consistently high-quality ex*****on. A key achievement is the delivery of a generous and highly functional living environment, with expansive open-plan spaces, quality finishes and carefully resolved internal details. From the refined brickwork and façade detailing through to the precision of plastering and internal finishes, the builder has demonstrated exceptional skill in creating a home that combines durability, comfort and lasting value.”

Thanks to all involved 🙏

Proud Finalist 🥈

Although this stunning home didn’t take home the ‘gong’ in the 2026 Master Builders Tasmania Awards for Excellence, we’re pretty stoked it made finalist, against some incredible other homes, in the Dwelling Construction $800,000 to $1 Million category.

A custom home designed from the ground up for our amazing clients on their cracker block, this home boasts great looks whilst remaining practical and functional for a family.

A huge thank you to our clients for trusting us with their forever home, and to all our team including trades and suppliers who bring homes like this one to life every day.

An essay, of the best kind! ☺️

Getting to build people’s dreams and hand over their keys is what it’s all about for us, but getting feedback like this 🥹❤️

Every client is important to us, but these clients and this home was a special journey, from a glimmer of an idea right through to an eventual bespoke masterpiece created collaboratively between them, our design partner Simon, and ourselves.

Thank you so much Madeline & Gerard for trusting us to help create your forever home!

Tonight’s the night… 🏠🏆

We’re incredibly proud to have two JOSCON Tasmania homes named as finalists in tonight’s 2026 Master Builders Tasmania Awards for Excellence.

🏠 RICHMOND GREEN
Finalist — Dwelling Construction $400,000 to $500,000

🏠 HOWRAH GARDENS
Finalist — Dwelling Construction $800,000 to $1 Million

Two very different homes, but the same commitment to considered design, quality workmanship and the details that matter.

A huge thank you to our clients for trusting us with their homes, and to all our team including trades and suppliers who bring that commitment to life every day.

Good luck to the other impressive finalists, and whatever tonight brings, we’re proud to see our work recognised amongst Tasmania’s best.

The magic of keys 🔑 ❤️

We had the absolute pleasure in handing over Mel’s keys recently, such a beautiful family who are now moving into their very own beautiful house 🥰

All our client’s are special, but working hand in hand with our team, Mel is proudly the co-creator of the ‘Haven’ design - now that’s special, one might say a legacy 😉🏠

Thank you Mel, for trusting us with one of life’s largest purchases, your own home. Also kudos to you for your brilliant colour and product selections guided by our very own Interior Designer, Isabel, whose beaming smile says it all!

Jam packed quality 👑

We loved working together with these awesome clients to help create what can only be described as a simply stunning first home, and one we were proud as punch to hand over their keys to recently 🔑 ❤️

Challenged with what can only be described as a postage stamp sized block, our ‘Pre-Site Guru’ Matt guided the project through some challenging council requirements, meaning the only work and decisions our clients needed to do was select their products and finishes with the assistance of our Interior Designer Isabel, and what a great job they’ve done!! 😍

Walking through the home, you could be forgiven for thinking this is someone’s 3rd or 4th home such is the selections and finish, but to the owners credit, this is their first home 🙌

We’re humbled that when they thought of a builder to create a quality home with their hard earned money, they thought of us 🙏

A home that no doubt will see many memories created as their first ever home.

Top job TAS 🏏💪

We were proud sponsors of the Tasmanian U18 boys at the recent 2026 Indoor Cricket National Championships, held in Victoria last week.

Great to see the boys win 4 games at the top level - congrats lads! 🙌

We love being able to put back into the community in which we operate 🙏
