The magic of keys 🔑 ❤️

We had the absolute pleasure in handing over Mel’s keys recently, such a beautiful family who are now moving into their very own beautiful house 🥰

All our client’s are special, but working hand in hand with our team, Mel is proudly the co-creator of the ‘Haven’ design - now that’s special, one might say a legacy 😉🏠

Thank you Mel, for trusting us with one of life’s largest purchases, your own home. Also kudos to you for your brilliant colour and product selections guided by our very own Interior Designer, Isabel, whose beaming smile says it all!

Jam packed quality 👑

We loved working together with these awesome clients to help create what can only be described as a simply stunning first home, and one we were proud as punch to hand over their keys to recently 🔑 ❤️

Challenged with what can only be described as a postage stamp sized block, our ‘Pre-Site Guru’ Matt guided the project through some challenging council requirements, meaning the only work and decisions our clients needed to do was select their products and finishes with the assistance of our Interior Designer Isabel, and what a great job they’ve done!! 😍

Walking through the home, you could be forgiven for thinking this is someone’s 3rd or 4th home such is the selections and finish, but to the owners credit, this is their first home 🙌

We’re humbled that when they thought of a builder to create a quality home with their hard earned money, they thought of us 🙏

A home that no doubt will see many memories created as their first ever home.

We were proud sponsors of the Tasmanian U18 boys at the recent 2026 Indoor Cricket National Championships, held in Victoria last week.

Great to see the boys win 4 games at the top level - congrats lads! 🙌

FY26 Done & Won 🏆

We took a moment today to celebrate the end of another successful financial year with a bit of fun followed by a bite to eat with the team.

Thanks to everyone that supported our business throughout the financial year, including our staff, trades, suppliers and partners all helping us deliver high-quality homes to our treasured clients.

At times go karting resembled dodgem cars instead of racing, but the end result was a lot of laughs and some definite bragging rights. 🏁

On point 👌😍

We were filled with pride to hand over the keys to this beautiful home recently, to an amazing family, on this stunning location!

After an initial different design direction, the family saw our Richmond ‘The Merewyn’ short term display home and fell in love with the design and craftsmanship, considered their options, then moved away from the custom design they had, engaging us to modify ‘The Merewyn’ to suit their family and their block.

We are very thankful they made the huge decision to pivot direction and select us to build their dream home.

Hobart City Mission ‘Sleep Rough 2026’ raised an amazing $242,733 – their highest ever result, astounding given the current economic climate and pressure felt from increased cost of living – showing that those that can help, do, even if in a small way, as it all adds up.

Dreams do come true!

We recently handed over the keys of this absolute cracker of a custom home to a beautiful family.

Photos just don’t do this home justice, it’s truly one of a kind. The products, colours and materials are on point, with our Interior Designer Isabel working together with what we now realise are clients with incredible taste!

The design itself started with a briefing meeting with our concept design partner Simon, and working with a large list of requirements and on a set budget, a bespoke custom home design was created that perfectly suits the block of land and the families needs in a home.

We are beyond chuffed to have helped this family achieve their stunning new dream home, a place where incredible memories can be created!
