𝗔 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲!
This week, the Mossop team joined Endeavour College to celebrate the topping-out of its new Junior School campus, marking an exciting step forward in bringing the College’s vision to life. The event included a tour of the site, offering a closer look at the progress taking shape.

As part of the celebration, Endeavour College current and incoming College Captains signed their names onto the structure, leaving a special and lasting mark on the future campus.

Thank you to Endeavour College and everyone involved in the project for their collaboration and continued support.

We look forward to seeing this exciting educational facility come to life and support the College community for years to come.

We recently joined the Ahrens Group team at their Kingsford workshop to capture the first stage of fabrication for the new Endeavour College Skybridge.

Set to span Mawson Lakes Boulevard, the SkyBridge will create a direct connection between the new Junior School and the existing Senior School, bringing the two learning spaces together in a whole new way.

It’s exciting to see the early stages of fabrication underway for this unique addition to the campus. We look forward to seeing the SkyBridge come together as the project progresses!

𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

Mossop delivered a state-of-the-art automotive facility while keeping portions of the site safely operational throughout construction.

The project included:

• Demolition and retaining works to facilitate the workshop extension
• A new automotive facility with reception, staff areas, specialised workshop, wash bay and paint baking booth
• New parking and vehicle storage areas
• High-quality finishes including epoxy flooring, precast panels, structural steel and automated roller doors
• Final external works including a secure car park, pavements, retaining walls, landscaping and access gates

A standout feature of the project is the external graphics, designed and installed by Mossop personnel to meet planning approval requirements and incorporating an original Smith Motors photograph.

Careful staging and coordination minimised disruption while maintaining safe operations throughout the project.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀.

Mossop recently delivered a comprehensive base build refurbishment and fitout, combining major building services upgrades, structural modifications and a high-quality architectural fitout.

The project included structural strengthening, new plant platforms and maintenance walkways, a complete roof replacement, commercial-grade windows and floor levelling works.

Inside, the transformed spaces feature contemporary teaching and collaboration areas, glazed meeting rooms, bespoke timber-laminate joinery, a striking butterfly marble reception counter and modular glass brick elements.

With no lift access across all four levels, detailed logistics planning and an external material hoist were essential to safely move materials and keep the project on program.

A collaborative, solutions-focused approach between Mossop, the client, architect and subcontractors were key to successfully delivering this complex refurbishment.

𝗙𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 is a reminder that mental health is a workplace safety issue, and looking out for your mates is just as important as looking out for each other on site.

This week, 3 Mossop project sites raised the 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴 and hosted bbqs to encourage open conversations about mental health and wellbeing.

With MATES in Construction Field Officers joining our teams on site during the week, it was a great opportunity to check in, start conversations and remind everyone that no one has to face a tough time alone.

A new chapter is taking shape at Xavier College Riverlea Park.

With construction progressing and the campus coming to life ahead of its opening in 2027, it’s exciting to see the vision for this new school become a reality.

What do you do when the slab has been poured? You have a slab party - Mossop style! 🌭

And this one was worth celebrating. After demolition and early site works, we’ve reached a major milestone on this prime North Adelaide project, with the building’s first slab now poured.

A big milestone calls for a good feed, so the team got together to celebrate with plenty of good food, good company and a few well-earned laughs.

Because at Mossop, we know the best projects are built by great people and sometimes the best way to celebrate getting the job done is with a good old chargrill BBQ.

A huge thank you to our incredible team who rolled up their sleeves at Laklinyeri Beach House on Friday to support the WCH Foundation.

From the amount of work completed throughout the day to the teamwork, respect and collaboration shown along the way, the team from WCH Foundation couldn’t speak highly enough of everyone involved.

While there may have been a few sore muscles the next day (it turns out a day of physical work is a little different to sitting at a desk!), there was also a huge sense of pride in what we achieved together.

By giving our time and effort, we were able to make a meaningful difference to the many families who rely on Laklinyeri Beach House during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Thank you to everyone who took part for your hard work, generosity and team spirit, and for representing Mossop so proudly while living our values. 👏

Mossop are proud to have delivered the fitout for the new Fratelli Café in the Adelaide C*D. A contemporary hospitality space designed to balance customer experience, operational efficiency and practical functionality.

Features include:
• Indoor and outdoor customer seating, including banquettes, booths and standing benches
• A fully equipped order station with menu board, coffee machine, POS and food display
• Commercial kitchen and front-of-house facilities
• Venetian plaster finishes and Fratelli signage
• New outdoor dining soffit, automatic entry door and façade alterations

A key project outcome was upgrading the existing in-ground grease arrestor, reducing costs and timeframes while preserving valuable site space.

The result is a functional, contemporary venue that’s ready to serve the Adelaide C*D community.
