Repair job ober brick/paint/limeash diy job. Finished with two coats Rockcote PM100 would have come up 100% better with 3 coats but the customer just wanted pretty up so priced on two coats hence the odd bump left on outer curve wall.

This project was a remedial plaster repair and repaint inside and out painted with two coats after a full pressure clean

Over existing render we fixed up old repair attempts then painted with Taubmans Armour wall texture coat out side, coplemented with freshly painted gutters fascias and eaves rear bagola and rplacement of rotton gates.

On the inside we had to repair all cornice cracks to wall sealed and painted with Dulux 101 wash and wear.

This Plaster and Paint Job over heavy pointed brick, 2 coats Rockecote PM100 modified render over glued PVC corner beads then 2 coats of membrane/paint.

What a cool job this one was, who knows be neat if it caught on in Perth ..
This Job is an upstairs extension James Hardie Blue Board with Granosite tape and skim system texture can be achieved by either spray or trowel textured finish.
Down Stairs block work was toweled & textued with 2-3 coats of Rock coat PM100 cement based polymere based product to match the upstairs blueboard texture over PVC corner beads.
The whole project then Painted and protected with the best quality Ganosite Membrane.
A 20 year warranty was applied to this one Northern Beachs, Sydney
