CASUAL AGI DRIVERS WANTED

Bay City Concrete & Haulage is looking for experienced Agi Drivers to join our team.

What we're looking for:

• Must hold a current HR license with minimum 6-12 months experience driving heavy vehicles.
• Concrete agi driving experience is preferred.
• Truck driving experience is essential
• Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to work as part of a team is a must.
• Availability for early starts and a flexible roster, this role is 5.5 days Monday-Saturday, anyone that is not available for Monday-Saturday need not apply

Your responsibilities

• Daily truck pre start and completing daily check sheets.
• Loading, slumping and delivering concrete to various job sites. Must be able to consistently slump loads to be within allowable tolerances (training will be provided for inexperienced applicants)
• Washing the truck is a MUST, keeping it tidy inside and presentable on the outside.
• Light maintenance (greasing trunnion rollers weekly, greasing other heavily used points of agi that’s required between servicing.
• Helping out in the yard when needed
• General day to day tasks

What we offer:

• Casual employment with regular hours (30-60 hours per week)
• Training will be provided for suitable applicants without agi experience

The boys definitely have their work cut out for them keeping these two clean!

We're stoked with our recent delivery of two Kenworth T320A 10x4 agitators to our fleet, fitted with Cesco mixers, each unit is capable of comfortably carrying 9 cubic metres of concrete.

These new additions further strengthen our ability to service the growing demand across the Hervey Bay region, ensuring reliable and efficient deliveries to our loyal customer base.

With these trucks now on the road, our fleet has the capacity to have 85 cubic metres of concrete on site at any given time. Meaning we can support multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while continuing to provide the consistent service our customers have come to expect.
