Week One // First Floor Addition
A new chapter taking shape for this lovely family of four.
Carefully designed, upstairs will introduce two bedrooms, a kids retreat/rumpus room, a spacious, bathroom and linen storage, along with custom joinery and oak engineered timber flooring throughout.
Contemporary Scandinavian style with warm tones, natural materials, black accents and clean lines paired with subtle curves. Nothing overdone, just thoughtful design that makes every square metre work harder.

Week One // Site Set Up + Structural Works
Site set-up is underway - fencing, signage, WHS requirements and temporary facilities all in place.
We’ve also commenced the downstairs structural upgrades, getting the ground floor fully prepared before we start building up.
For families who continue living in their home throughout a second-storey addition, these early structural works can often be one of the more challenging stages of the build. There’s a lot happening around their everyday spaces, so keeping disruption to a minimum and the site safe, organised and moving forward is key.
These guys have handled the process so well, and we’re looking forward to getting through this stage, getting out of their hair and upstairs before they know it. 🤍
With the foundations of the new level taking shape, the exciting part is just around the corner.
