This build went from an open frame to a finished, move-in-ready home in 20 weeks. Walls went up, the roof went on, tradies moved through room by room, and slowly, a house became a home.

We're so proud to announce that The Kenneth at our Port Macquarie Display has been named a FINALIST!

The Kenneth is a finalist for Housing Industry Association - HIA Kitchen of the Year. This is a moment our whole team is proud of, and one we couldn't have achieved without our team, suppliers, trades and the local community of Port Macquarie.

From the raked ceiling to the textured island bench, this kitchen has been a favourite with visitors long before the award nomination, so it's wonderful to see it recognised.

Meet the Brambles.

Sold their home in a week. Renting with the clock ticking. And they still landed in a home that fits exactly how they live.

The Brambles had built before, so this time they knew exactly what they wanted: a fresh start, finished entirely on their terms, in a home built to last.

They chose the Chelsea 235 and solved real, everyday frustrations with every decision, moving the sink off the main bench to free up the kitchen for entertaining, a laundry set apart from the rest of the house, a walk-in robe that flows straight into the ensuite.

Easements meant the design had to be reworked more than once, but their Hunter Homes team worked through every version until it was right. From slab to keys, updates kept them in the loop, and issues were often resolved before the Brambles even noticed there was one.

16 weeks later, they had the keys.

"To be honest, we didn't think it would be achievable, but we were happily proven wrong."
