Building on the Mid North Coast? You’ll probably meet Jess 👋

Jess is one of our Colour Consultants at our Port Macquarie office, and she’s the person who helps turn a long list of choices into a home that feels like yours.

Her day is a mix of client time and behind-the-scenes work. Appointment prep, external colours, electrical plans, more selections, then a moodboard that brings it all together once the appointment wraps up. And yes, she picks up lunch for her clients too.

Follow our page for more days in the life with the Hunter Homes team. Have you had your colour appointment yet? Tell us how it went 👇

There’s one moment at every handover we never get tired of. The front door swings open, and it’s not a build site anymore. It’s home. 🖤💛

Congratulations Ashlee and Chad on picking up the keys to your new Kenneth 263! It’s been a pleasure building alongside you both, and we were stoked to be there for the big moment.

Now the good part starts: the first dinner around that island bench, the first coffee looking out the window splashback, the first of many memories in a home that’s completely yours.

Welcome home, you two.

Thinking about building your own? Pop into one of our display homes for a chat with the team. And tell us below: what’s the one thing your dream kitchen has to have?

18 weeks from start to keys, right through the Christmas break.

"Transparent, smooth and fast. That's exactly what we wanted."

When Shenay and Harry started building their first home, they came in with plenty of questions and a clear picture of what they wanted. They got quotes for their changes before tender, prepared for their colour selections, and walked through every detail at handover with their site supervisor, Tim.

The result is their Lovedale 262. It has a pink kitchen with Dulce de Leche stone, a blue-tiled bathroom with brass tapware, and plenty of room for their two dogs.

Every display home has its moments, but the Chelsea at Lochinvar has a few we can't stop talking about.

The pergola walkway out the side. Panelling details through the hallway and master. A kids' zone that closes off from the main living, so the noise stays where it belongs. And raked ceilings over the living and dining that make the whole space feel bigger the second you walk in.

It's one you need to see in person. Come and have a wander through our Lochinvar Display Village this weekend, and say hi to our New Home Advisors while you're there.

📍 21 Sanctuary Drive, Lochinvar
🕒 10am-5pm

Which feature would you steal for your own home?

Display styled with upgrades.

Meet Cam, one of the Site Supervisors keeping our builds moving 🖤💛

We followed him for a full day, and it's a busy one. Early gym session, first site by 6:52am, trade updates, PCI bookings, handover prep, a site meeting at Vacy, safety checks, an on-site meeting with clients, then back to the office for final checks before heading home.

Behind every home we hand over is someone like Cam, checking the details, keeping trades on track and making sure our customers feel looked after from slab to keys.

If you're thinking about building, our New Home Advisors can walk you through how the process works and who you'll be working with along the way.

Have you met your site supervisor yet? Tell us about them below 👇
