Casual Labourer – Immediate start

Red Belly Landscaping is a small, family-owned business based in the Blue Mountains. We are seeking a reliable and motivated casual labourer to join our team.

To be considered, you must:

* Have a valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle to travel to and from job sites.
* Hold a current White Card.
* Be physically fit, reliable, punctual and have a good work ethic.
* Be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
* Enjoy working outdoors.

📍 Location: Blue Mountains and surrounding areas.

📆 Start: Immediately.

It’s been a minute since our last update on here! 🌿

Between adjusting to life as new parents and keeping up with a busy work schedule, finding time to share what we’ve been up to has been a bit of a challenge!

We’re still here, working hard behind the scenes and feeling grateful for everyone who continues to support Red Belly Landscaping.

A big thank you to our clients for your patience and understanding as we find our feet with this new chapter.

We are very excited to welcome our newest Red Belly team member ❤️

While we’ve been busy juggling jobs, the early arrival of our baby girl has definitely shifted our priorities for a little while.

We’re incredibly grateful and excited to be starting this next chapter as a little family. 👶🏼❤️

Thanks to all our clients for your patience and support while we find our feet. We’ll be back into it very soon (as you can see, she’s already super keen to get her hands dirty and learn the trade 😅), but for now, we’re just enjoying this little family love bubble. ❤️

And a huge thank you to the teams at Natural Carpentry Aus and Laser Landscapes and Excavation for looking after our jobs during this time. We’re incredibly grateful to have these other small businesses helping us out when we need it most.

It’s been a massive week for Red Belly Landscaping!
Our Leichhardt project is getting close to the finish line, with just a few final details to come soon. At the same time, we’ve kicked off our next big project in Springwood and are excited to see it start taking shape.
Over the next two weeks, we’ll also have the opportunity to deliver a great little project for Hazelbrook Public School, which we’re really looking forward to being a part of.
Plenty happening, and we’re grateful to everyone who continues to support our growing business. Looking forward to sharing more progress updates soon 👌🏽🌿🪨

After some lengthy weather delays, we’re back into it in a big way at Leichhardt 🪨🪨 Great to finally get some more progress happening and we’re getting close to the finish line 👌🏽

Front yard transformation underway in Mt Riverview 🤙🏽

Clean-up, excavation and dry-stack boulder walls are now complete. This steep block has kept us on our toes, but it’s great to see the project starting to take shape.

Still to come: steel edging, fresh turf, a gravel pathway, sandstone steps and garden mulching 👌🏽

Colourbond Fence Installation – Monument + Pedestrian Gate

Installed a Colourbond fence in Monument with a pedestrian gate featuring a key-lock latch for added security and convenience.

The client wanted to give their pups more space to roam while upgrading to a durable, modern fence that complements the updated style of their home 👍🏽

Safe to say the pups are pretty stoked 🐶

2 shovels. Same design, same brand.

One brand new. One is about 15 years old.

This was the first tool I ever bought as a 2nd year apprentice—and it’s been with me ever since.

Pretty amazing to see how much it’s worn down over the years. Just goes to show, quality tools matter… and I’ve done a hell of a lot of shovelling to get here.

Hard work leaves a mark. 🪏
