❌Happy to update that we have a new fulla starting here tomorrow! We so appreciate all of the shares and encouragement over the last week…..

Bidgee Earthmoving is a locally owned and operated earthmoving outfit based in the little paradise known as Hay. Hay is a town in the western Riverina region of south-western New South Wales, Australia, located on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River. It sits roughly halfway between Sydney and Adelaide at the major intersection of the Sturt, Cobb, and Mid-Western Highways.

As mentioned - We are based in Hay. Full disclosure - You would be the luckiest son of a gun that ever walked the earth to strike a rental property here in Hay. With that confession made - We are still forging ahead with this add as we have had a good number of travellers come and visit us a few months at a time before moving on….
Hay is abundant in camping areas, caravan parks, magical river spots, basically a Boating Camping Fishing playground without the BCF.

We are seeking, searching, praying to the gods while considering an exorcism to locate our next misfit or scallywag to join our team. Based in Hay but includes camp out.

To join our team we would appreciate the following attributes
*HR licence (manual) non negotiable
* Machinery experience including - Bobcat, excavator, loaders, water carts, bulldozer, tipper trucks
*Ability to be on time - By on time I mean 10 mins early minimum
*Able to follow instruction

Please take note on the following -

*Our equipment is old possibly ugly - but we like to take care of it - if you are repulsed by the thought of using a grease gun be clear we DO NOT employ steering wheel attendants here we are needing a good solid well rounded machine operator - Maintenance is a part of daily operation

*Our Ma & Pa Kettle operation is made up of a Gen X and Gen Y combination. Our tolerance for blow by blow of daily feels being updated on social media of any kind throughout your working day would be like a negative 64. Using your phone for anything other then work or emergency is prohibited.

*Smoking/ va**ng is a choice (albeit a poor in). But not in my vehicles.

Do you have the dream of seeing some country while earning $$$$$ ??? Perhaps you need to expand your fleet, or want to jump in and join this crazy busy industry….We have for sale a 2011 Hino Tipper with a matching 2011 Johnston Dog trailer. Both are equiped with Bisaloy Bins, electric tarps along with recently replaced radiator, injectors, fuel pump, rear diff and common rail.
This work horse is currently working for Transport for NSW in the South West Riverina region - so next tender opening for machinery hire - the hardest part is done for you as she is already on the system! When at home, this beast is located in Hay NSW

**Warning incoming 40+ at the gym shots!!!!
So I had an idea of what I wanted to get Mr BLB this year - I talked to Chlo at gave her some vague suggestions and eventually we made it to this! From 55 messages regarding my eyes, b***s etc 🤣🤣 to another 55 about background colour - I think she’s done a ripper job! We are thrilled - Staff love theirs - tax deductible so winner winner! There is other merch to show for the year including terry towel hats and stubby holders - I am busy being healthy so none of that with me here right now!

Holy moly! I have found the holy grail of $5 mixed bag of lollies 😍😍 Shoutout to the Maude General Store for awesome service and the best lollie bag! Haven’t purchased them like this since I was a wee one
