We are looking for a very reliable and committed individual to help us on a casual basis with view to permanency down the track in our garden maintenance and landscaping business.
We would ideally prefer someone with experience or otherwise someone just finishing up school or wanting to take on an apprenticeship and work one on one with a very experienced garden maintenance and landscaping company that is well established. You would be working with the owner of the business and we would prefer someone that wants to stay on long term and learn all the ropes of the business to be trained long term to work independently and cover when the owner is on holidays etc.
We are looking for-
* Reliability is a must
* Own transport is a must
* Experience desirable but not necessary
* Ability to follow direction a must
* Attention to detail a must
* Non-smoker is a must due to allergy to smoke and we have a baby
* Ability to show initiative a must
* Great customer service a must
* Great communication a must
* Punctual with the ability to start as early as 7am some days,
especially over summer
* Good sense of humour desirable
* Hard worker is a must
* Must be trustworthy
* Ability to work in all types of weather a must- noting we don't work in
extreme heat or pouring rain
* Ability to occasionally work a Saturday may be required if we have
been rained off or couldn't work due to heat, but rare.
* Long term position available for the right person
