We got a call out to this property at Macquarie Fields with the tenant saying the air con has tripped & they could smell an electrical burning smell.
As soon as we looked at the outdoor unit we could see burn marks on the outside, & upon opening it found that the capacitor had caught fire & exploded. Very lucky this didn’t spread any further than the unit.
This happened on a scorching 40+° day in December.
We changed over the unit to a 10kw Daikin ducted unit.

Today’s split deep clean at Campbelltown was a satisfying one. Look at all that mold & dirt washed away, leaving a nice fresh clean split system. Customer is now breathing clean air.
